I coach the way I'd want to be coached: directly. Twenty years in coaching, therapy, and education taught me that most people already know what they need to do — they just haven't had someone tell them the truth about what's in the way. My job is to name it, build a plan with you, and hold you to it.

Payment Options
We keep our coaching services simple and accessible—free from the constraints of insurance and full of powerful, mindset-shifting support. Sessions are priced at $200 ($206 if paying with credit card to include the processing fees)
While coaching isn’t typically covered by insurance, some clients may be able to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for sessions. To qualify, a healthcare provider must determine that coaching is medically necessary and directly related to the treatment or prevention of a diagnosed medical condition.
